Annie the Yorkie's Eye Sight Fund

Annie was rescued from a kill shelter in Miami by A Better Life Rescue located in Pembroke Pines Florida. Her owner brought her there because his wife died & looking at little Annie reminded him of her so I guess he thought it was better to dump off his dog of 11 years who is blind & deaf instead of living the rest of her life with him. It was a sure death sentence for her because of her age & no sight or hearing. She is now in a foster home & she was lost at first if you can imagine. First losing her owners & the only home she has ever known then being dumped at the horrible Animal Care & Control. Her foster mom says she has come around & that she is loving, sweet & loves to go on walks with caution. She could have a really happy life & a new home if she can get her sight back which the Doctor said she can repair with surgery. It would open a whole new world for Annie. She could have a wonderful second life. She still has many years ahead. We want them to be wonderful for her. She truly deserves it.
