Send Snohomish Robotics to Worlds!

Donation protected
What a fantastic year for Team 5495!

With the help of a few mentors, twelve students from Snohomish designed, built, and programmed a custom robot in six weeks to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition (read more here) . Team 5495, the Aluminati, has competed three times and has exceeded all expectations. At the Pacific Northwest District Championship in Cheney we were chosen as the Rookie All-Star and qualified to compete at the World Championships in St. Louis, MO.

The World Championships will feature 600 teams from across the world. This is the culmination of a season of learning and growth for every member of the team. Whether it was learning to rivet and wire electronics or learning to speak clearly to judges and mentors, every student gained valuable skills that will influence thier future path.

Obviously, a trip accross the country is not cheap! We are attempting to raise $10,000 to help students travel and take part in this one-of-a-kind opportunity.

Please consider a small gift, and share this funding opportunity with anyone who might be interested in assisting Team 5495.
