Put the Power of God's HOPE on the Radio!!
This is what I'm trying to do every ay at Your Hope Today. I want to encourage, uplift and touch as many lives as possible with the powerful message of God's hope for them. So often we think of hope as something we need when things are down-and-out. Hope gets us through the "tough stuff" in life.
When we understand that Hope is a spiritual reality in our lives, that it can be a powerful part of every day and an amazing way of deepening our relationship with God, it takes on a new character, a new meaning.
This understanding moves us past the "you can do it" or "everything will work out" sort of platitudes and instead moves into the realm of reality.
About Your Hope Today
Your Hope Today is a weekly radio broadcast that is heard around the globe each day. I frequently get emails from Japan, China, Africa, Australia and more. Here are jsut a few samples of they types of meesages I recieve from around the globe.

I believe the program is unique in the scope of Christian radio. The show is not "shock jock" politics, or even sermons re-broadcast to the airwaves. Instead, Your Hope Today is a program designed specifically for the format of radio with the goal of encouraging, uplifting and instructing listeners about the power of hope in their lives through a direct relationship with Christ.
I don't preach. Instead, I take a relevant set of 3 questions surrounding a particular topic and answer them through the lens of God's Word each week. This format has proven itself to be very engaging over the course of this ministry. In addition, I tweet daily messages of encouragement to a growing number of readers who can receive downloads of each program as they air.
How You Can Help
Here is where you come in. Radio air time is expensive. To-Date Your Hope Today has been mostly an out-of-pocket ministry offset by the generous but limited resources of my family. But, the program is ready to take off. That kind of funding is beyond what we can contribute personally.
We're setting an initial goal of $7000.00 which will pay for one year of air time on a station that has dramatically cut their rates because they really want to have us on... Normally, the same air time would cost around $13,000.00 per year.
The combination of the station's gracious gift and your contributions can make this a reality. The station that is supporting Your Hope Today is part of a network that reaches into several states in the US. We're hoping to take this global program (via shortwave) and get it broadcast around the US on FM stations in many major markets.
