A Fathers Dying Wish

In November of 2014 my father, Joe Smith, was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. He continued working until Thanksgiving and was given the news that not only was it in his lung but also his Kidney, Lymph Nodes, and Spine. After several months of treatments, to no avail, just a few days before Easter he once again found himself returning to the Emergency Room. This time was some of the worst news yet. It had spread into his brain. Never to let my mother or I to see weakness he pressed on with treatments and a strong attitude. On April 18th he recieved a phone call that he now has blood clots in his lungs and needs to be in the hospital soon for monitoring. His 5-7 month diagnosis isn't looking good right now. 

Unfortunately for us he has NO life insurance and my mother is disabled and unable to be approved for her disability nor work. I'm not one to ask for help, I work two jobs to try to support them, but I can't make ends meet on my own. Please, even a dollar would help tremendously and mean the world to us. Every little bit helps. Please help me support my family.

UPDATE: On April 26th my fathers test results showed that he only has 2-4 weeks left to live. Our time is fleeting with him and still as he tries to keep his mind focused he worries about his family. Help me give him peace of mind. Please.
