Hi everyone! My name is Emily :)
I'm setting up this GoFundMe account to fundraise for my boyfriends top surgery. He is a FTM, which if you dont know what that means, he is a transgender male. Top surgery is a very imporant thing for him and many other trans people. Looking in the mirror and seeing a body that you feel like you dont belong in causes extreme body dysphoria.
Top surgery is very expensive, and insurance does not cover it since it is seen as a "cosmetic surgery". It would be my dream to help him raise even a portion of the cost for surgery and I know it will mean the world to him. My plan was to surprise him with the account on his birthday (April 25th) but I might hold out a bit longer.
He was hoping to save up and get it done by the end of this year but complications came up and now this is something he wont be able to afford for much longer than expected.
If anyone can help, $1,$2,$3 anything or even a share, I will be forever thankful.
