Balto needs a new hip :(

This is Balto, my 11 month old Rottweiler/Husky cross.
5 months ago he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia.
In those past months he has been having weekly hydrotherapy sessions and we have been doing everything we can to try and help him, but his most recent xrays show he needs a hip replacement.
His insurance is almost all used up now due to the hydrotherapy and the specialist fees, so we need some help.

He is so full of life and playful, he is a gentle giant who just wants to play with everything and everyone he comes in contact with. Please, help us get him better so he can run, jump, and play just like a pup aught to.
