James Merritt Belcher age 28 from Clyde, OH passed away March 5, 2015 at his home. He was born September 26, 1986, The son of Charles B. Belcher, Carolyn M. Fritz and Ronald J. Fritz (step father).
He had serveral passions such as, art, writing poems and wrote three books, along with serveral short stories that were soon to be published. He was also enrolled in college to become a video game designer.
He was an avid sports fan (Go Cowboys)!
He is survived by his mother Carrie M. Fritz, Ronald J. Fritz, brothers: Zachary Belcher, Carmelo Fritz, John Belcher, sisters: Sophia Belcher, Ronielle Kubat, Ronica Zerman, Mandy Burkett, along with grandparents Kent & Sharon Smith, James & Mildred Widman, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father/ best friend Charles B. Belcher.
James was a warm hearted multitalented person, with a lot to offer this world, but was taken too soon. He had a gentle soul and would have done anything for anyone no matter the cost. Although my family knew they could not afford the cost of the service, money was the last thing they were concerned with at a time like that. They knew James deserved nothing more than the most beautiful service.
So please find it in your hearts to help my loving family, my big brother, my rock, lay their son to rest and donate whatever possible to help cover the cost of my big brothers service. No matter the amount, even $10 would help at a time like this. Gabe & I have obviously helped in any way possible, but unfortunately it isn't enough to cover the rest of the funeral cost.
He was a wonderful human being that will be missed everyday, and with every breathe I take, every Brand New song that comes on the radio, and beatles song/ reference, I will know you will be looking down on me singing every word. His physical body may have been layed to rest, but I know I have gained an angel.
