Exploring the Healing Option
Donation protected
On January 9th, 2015 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Surgery, a lumpectomy, was successful and no further complications arose. As preventative treatment, 4 months of chemo and 25 days of radiation was still recommended... I have decided to forgo this unnecessary attack on my body and focus on treatments that heal. Treatments that use light and frequency to help boost my immune system and strengthen my body to promote self-healing and well being.
I am fundraising for my continued healing journey that isn't covered by OHIP.
A cancer diagnosis is a traumatic experience; hearing those words, "You have cancer" changes everything. After the initial shock has worn off, we are forced to move forward with the prescribed treatments. Surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation, whatever path you choose, upon it's completion, the true healing process can begin. Healing involves more than just the physical. To fully heal, we need to care for the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of selves.
Love. Light. Strength.
