Hello, everyone! Thanks for taking the time to view my campaign.
Our Story
Travis is a very special boy, he is 8 years old and has autism. He was born very premature and weighed only 1 lb 2 oz at birth. He needed a mom because she passed away at his birth. She was my beautiful sister-in-law, so we stepped in and adopted Travis. He came home with a tracheotomy, ventilator, oxygen, g-tube and was very fragile. He is a miracle and a blessing!
How You Can Help
We need help getting a home for Travis. We are renting and the house is in need of repairs. We cannot pay for these repairs, and shouldn’t have to since we do not own this house. Travis doesn’t do well with change, and this is the only home he’s known. We need to make this final move for him, as soon as possible. He needs the stability of a home he can grow up in. I am unable to work and am on disability. I have inherited motor-sensory neuropathy, Charcot Marie Tooth, and fibromyalgia. I am reaching out to my community. My fellow human beings, asking for help is a very humbling experience, but I will do anything for Travis. If you can help us please do. Every little bit helps and we greatly appreciate it.
