Please help replace Family Car

We are a young family of 5 myself (nelly) my partner michael, Ngarlaa 4 yr, Ngayan 2 yr and Ngindy 10 months old.

Im a fulltime stay at home Mum and Michael works part time as a Indigenous Cultural Eco Tour Guide with the local land council aswell as studying a diploma in tourism with TAFE NSW.

On the 21st of September i kissed my partner and 2 eldest children 4 and 2 years old goodbye as they were going to woolies to get groceries at about 7am. We live about 25minutes from nearest woolworths and have to make the trip for groceries. (Local general store doesnt have much selection and is exspensive)

Then i got a phone call from my very distressed partner.

Water was across the road on a corner and caused him to lose control and roll down a enbankment 3 times. They came to rest upside down and were stuck for 10 minutes. Michael got the kids out of their baby seats and they escaped through the smashed front passenger window.

He had a few cuts the girls escaped with out a scratch. (Praise the lord)

Sadly our family car was a complete write off.

We was not insured. I purchased the car using money from my late father that he left for me after he passed.

Over the past couple weeks we have found life difficult and have no help to get around. The buses to stuarts point where we live dont run everyday and only at certain times. We live too far out to be able to afford taxi.

We have tried to raise funds by means of selling our artwork and having a bush tucker stall at a festival (didnt go well). We save what we can which is very little after household bills and stuff for the kids as well as paying people to help us to get around.

This is the first time we have ever asked for any help from wider public, but if you can please donate what you can or share it would mean the world to all of us!
