Please help me save my dachshund

Toby is a 4 year old dachshund. He has always loved to go for walks with the family, and play with his favorite toys. This morning he was paralyzed, and diagnosed with IVDD, a disc disease that is common in dachshunds. He’s in pain, can’t move his back legs, and can’t go to the bathroom on his own. He’s going to need spinal surgery. We desperately need help paying his medical bills. He’s so young and has been with us since he was just a baby. Anything helps.
