Save Piccolo

My cat Piccolo (3 years, 10 months) has been abused by someone in my neighborhood. He was missing for a week and was not able to spend Christmas with my family. Piccolo finally returned this evening, but was found injured and crying for help. His hind legs appear to have been tied up and are missing locks of fur. Piccolo is not using his hind legs. I am afraid he might be paralyzed, but I'm hoping that is not the case and that he will recover. My family has fed Piccolo well this evening, and he is now resting in his cat home, now free from harm.

I would love to take him to see a veterinarian, but I cannot afford to the visit and cost of care. I set a low donation goal since I do not know if I will be able to take him the vet.
