PHOEBE HEWITT CANCER FUND

Hello one and all !  My name is Amanda and with the permission of Phoebe's parents, Jill and Simon, I will be overseeing this fundraising page for Phoebe whilst they all hunker down and fight the good fight against cancer.

You will see from her YouTube announcement how incredible Phoebe is.

Here are a few words about Phoebe as told by her gorgeous Mum, Jill :

I don’t think I have the writing skills to articulate everything that is wonderful about Phoebe, every joy her smile brings us, every heart tug a tear brings. From the day she was born I told her that she was going to be a dancer, and dance she did! You have to see her dance to understand, it’s where she comes into her own, she feels every note of the music, and every space in between, exuding her love of matching her body to the mood and moment. When she’s not dancing she’s like any other 14 year old, trying to avoid school and with her head in her phone, connecting to the world. Until this moment I’ve never been more thankful of those social connections that she can continue to have during long, boring stays in hospital. She’s funny!  Weird funny and clever funny all at the same time. Her YouYube is the best way to get to know her, she says it all, in her own words. We love her with every ounce of our beings and need to be there to hold her hand for every moment over what looks like a 9 month treatment plan of chemo and surgery. Sime and I would love for you to help us through these extremely difficult days to be with our girl - Jill
