AtteroTerra-Pray for Apocalypse CD

Pray for Apoclapyse is the second album from Las Vegas-based Thrash/Death metal act, AtteroTerra.

----------------------------------------------------------

Hi! My name is Travis Perry, and I am the creator and sole member of Vegas-based metal act, AtteroTerra.(http://www.facebook.com/atteroterraband)
I started AtteroTerra in 2009 just to play around with something a little heavier and harsher than I was able to do in my thrash band at the time. Although AtteroTerra was originally started just for fun, in 2011 I had enough songs for a full-length LP, and in December of that year I released my debut album, Humanicide Directive, which was 100% self-recorded and self-produced (and is now available for free at www.atteroterra.com).

I then took a break to focus on writing and recording with my band, Death in Motion, but for the last three years I've been working on my follow-up album, Pray for Apocalypse.

While I was proud of what I was able to achieve on my own with Humanicide Directive, I wanted something that sounded a little stronger and better this time around. I realized pretty quickly that in order to do that I was going to have to enlist the help of a professional.

I started Pray for Apocalypse by developing and programming the drum kit, and recording the guitars and bass at my home studio, Studio 92, to try to keep the costs low. I then passed the project to Jason Constantine or Constantine Studios in Las Vegas, NV for re-amping the guitars, recording the vocals, mixing, and mastering the album.

I had previously worked with Jason in my other band, diM., so I knew he's capable of providing the level of quality that I really wanted to see with this album. This album is much more personal and sincere for me, and really deserves the better engineering than I'm able to provide.

While I had originally intended to fund this album myself, the more we worked on it, the more it became apparent that in order to achieve the quality I'm after, as well as being able to generate merchandise to support the album such as t-shirts and the CDs themselves, I was going to need some help.

And that brings us here. To meet the scheduled April 2016 release, I need your help.

This campaign will cover the costs of mixing and mastering Pray for Apocalypse, pressing a limited run of professionally produced physical CDs, digital aggregation of the album,  a limited run of AtteroTerra t-shirts, and limited runs of AtteroTerra stickers and wristbands.

Every person who donates will receive a special "thank you" in the liner notes of the physical album so that your contribution will always be recognized and presented as part of AtteroTerra's history.

I cannot thank you enough your time and your help in making Pray for Apocalypse a reality.
