Partners In Paleo is a small, family owned restaurant located in League City, TX. We believe in farm to table sourcing and adhere to an all Paleo concept. All our food is made with love and from scratch.
We offer seated dining, carry out, prepackaged, prepared food, retail meats and soon, sauces, dressings, mayonaise and more.
Our needs are varied but we are in serious need of added electrical capacity to expand our retail options with more coolers and freezers. The current breaker box and circuits cannot support the necessary equipment. With the new capacity for cold storage, we will also be offering fresh farm vegetables from our local veggie vendor. Other equipment needed a new steam table, large convection oven and glass fronted cooler.
We are also looking to expand the size of our kitchen. More retail means more production and more space to package and label all the products. This will require moving a wall, with all the related services.
We have many wishes and ideas for our small cafe but we are limited by lack of capital support. Our goal is to get this process started before the end of the year and fully up and going in January/February to support the new year of promise and resolutions.
With our commitment to the Paleo lifestyle, we offer a place for folks looking to eat real food. We offer a place for people with dietary restrictions. We support other small business in our community by sourcing through local vendors. We love what we do! We love our customers and want to offer more ways to bring clean, fresh food to our community.
For me personally, it means living a life of service to my community and supporting my family. I am so grateful for the customers that I now call friends and I want to continue my mission of cooking with love and compassion.
