Open Heart Sanctuary's basic focus, purpose and mission is to assist and provide food,clothing and financial support to needy families,the homeless,the addicted, parents( mother or father) with children , the elderly,those that are being released from prison and any others who have been impacted by the difficulties in living day to day.Shrinking incomes due to unemployment,
disabilities,health,domestic issues disasters, aging and the rising cost of living are just a few of the challenges affecting many today. We gather and distribute goods to them.While this is a faith based organization,we do not nor will we coerce anyone to believe as we do. We are reaching out to all personally,regardless of gender,race or ethnic group. As we are providing this,we are prayerfully working to change those conditions and supporting a change in attitudes in individuals,
communities and society which create human need. Whenever possible ,Open Heart Sanctuary Ministries will try to break the cycle of poverty,addiction,
hopelessness and other issues that plagues them a by directing them to or providing them with educational and health opportunities focusing on a strong community development.
