Broken Pipe & House Repairs

At the end of February we had a pipe burst, it flooded all of the bathroom and kitchen, as well as parts of the bedroom and living room. Myself, my beautiful wife, our happy baby boy, and our dog have been in a hotel for two weeks and now the insurance is telling us they might not pay, since they believe the damage to the pipe is due to natural settling of the foundation.
The water main from the street to the must be rerouted before we can get water, this includeds moving the vanity and tub to dig up the slab foundation to run the pipe to the main valve. Additionally we need new flooring in the bedroom, closet and living room. The cabinets need repair since the exploratory check included drilling one inch holes in a dozen different spots. Finally the the closet will need to be repainted after the pipe repair is complete. There are some other incidentals that come with all of that and I will post the quote as soon as I can get it.
Even if the dispute with the insurance is resolved, we will still need $1,000 to pay the deductible and get our house back to normal.
