Hey everybody, I'm Nicole. I have made this account for a couple I go to church with. I told them for a while to make a GoFundMe to help their current situation, seeing as they did not want help from our church, and I am unable to provide as much as I would like to. They finally agreed, and Stacy has written out a description for me to post below. I will be posting this link to my facebook friends and family. I hope you take the time to read their story. I have refused to make one of these for months now, and this is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. My name is Stacy. My husband Jeffery and I are expecting our first child on April 21st, 2015. I worked with the same company for 8 years, only to receive a letter on January 3rd stating that My entire department was being let go. I have searched time and time again for a new job, with no luck..
I played it off for as long as I could, acting as if nothing had happened. Only a few people know I don't have a job. I deleted my social media accounts to refrain from anybody noticing our struggle. No matter how I feel about things, life goes on, and bills have to be paid. Here I am, 8 months pregnant and still unable to find work. I've taken surveys all day every day in hopes to make some type of an income and make no more than 15 a week. I had $300 scammed from me from a work from home opportunity that turned out to be just as fake as they sound. It has gotten to the point where I'm so far along now, that it's seems that looking for a job is a lost cause...but we still have our faith...
Our home is being taken from us. My husband works so hard every single day to provide for him and I, but it doesn't pay all of the bills. We have gone without food in our fridge, and our electric and water has been shut off for days and weeks at a time. Our landlord has been very patient with us due to our situation, but he has notified us that he cannot help us anymore. He wants us out April 10th unless we can come up with the money we owe in rent and unpaid utility bills that he covered. We can't lose our home right before our son is born. I'm asking for help, something I never do. I'm usually the one always willing to give my last, and I never imagined it would one day be the other way around. If you are unable to donate please send up a prayer for us. I am setting the goal very low, and it will not cover what we need to stay. We are not asking for a large hand out. My husband is slowly saving, and we have put our situation in Gods hands. We pray that by the time April 10th comes around, we will be able to pay off our depts and keep our home.
