The strong arm of the government has found its way to Patrick Timpone, and thus One Radio Network...
The IRS is forwarding a case against Patrick to the Department of Justice to consider criminal proceedings for filings a few years back. For the record, Patrick has never willfully or intentionally defrauded anyone, including the United States Government. He relied on information he believed in his heart was true and correct. This case is anot about taxes owed, and not what this fund is for.
The IRS, has chosen, for motives unknown, you can use your imagination, to attempt to criminalize his actions rather than settling the matter in a civil venue. There is a huge difference.
Does the IRS have a proven record of "Going after" Souls in a criminal fashion who talk about matters that may not be to the liking of one or more government agencies?
We feel confident the DOJ can not show willful and intentional fraud, which must be proven, and is the crux of the matter at hand. And why can't they prove this, even with all his computer files, emails, and most likely telephone calls? Because he has never intentionally defrauded the government.
This event — if not defended properly — could take Patrick'a freedom away and One Radio Network off the air for good.
