Sometimes it's rough not only competing in a 'mans' sport but being an 'older' female as well. There is a race every year over 200 long rough miles of desert terrain called "King of the Hammers" in Johnson Valley, CA.
With a small group of Jeepers we are driving across country to compete my PINK JEEP TJ in this crazy offroad race. Will it be easy? Nope!
At almost 50 years old I decided to make my dreams a reality and stop sitting on the side lines. A week in the desert with old friends and making new, doing what I LOVE most in life is a dream worth fulfilling!
