Buy K9 for Martinez, CA Police Dept

The Martinez, CA Police Department needs an additional K9 however as is the case with most cities, there's no money in the budget to purchase an additional dog.  These highly trained dogs are very expensive. If the local citizens can raise funds to purchase the dog, the MArtinez Police Department has a source that will donate a bullet proof vest for the dog.
