Save Mel's Dog Alicia

As many of you know this past year has brought many losses and a series of unfortunate events. This year was hoping it would be different and it was, I fell in love and found a a source of unconditional love. That would be my one and only baby bear Alicia.
Then something awful happened and my baby Alicia bear took a horrible fall and snapped both baby arms as you can see from her picture of her xray. :/ If the bones didn't break the way they did then this would be so much easier on my baby bear physically and me financially but since the break is the way it is she is going to need an operation that is going to cost $4000 and many follow up appointments due to them inserting pins and metal plates to bring the bones together. :/ So far the stints were $600. I have contacted many top vetenarian offices and have been told that this operation is serious and very importany because though not life threatening, there is a %90 chance of her having to have her front paws amputated. And if that happened she would never be able to do what she does best her squirmy dance, or break into the bathroom to suprise me or follow me to the yard and most of all just be a happy healthy puppy she deserves to be. I got her even though times were already hard because I wanted to give her a good life as all animals deserve. But I find myself in this place where in a snap of a finger everything changed and if things don't work out they still could. Basically if anyone could help that would be very much appreciated. I really can't think of losing another best friend right now and as pathetic as this sounds she is my only real reason for smling at this time.
