Ocho's TPLO

Ocho is one of the sweetest dogs out there. At first he's a little bashful, but once you get to know him you'll find that he's extremely playful and loving. He tore his cranial cruciate ligament while retrieving at the park. His pain didn't show much at first, because he's always more than enthusiastic to go anywhere, especially for walks and to the park. He suddenly started to limp at home so Travis thought he might be sore, so he had him take it easy for a few days, but he didn't get any better. He then took Ocho to the vet where the damage was discovered, where he was told that Ocho's only chance of recovery is a Tibial-Plateu-Leveling Osteotomy. Ocho's favorite thing in the world to do is be active--- he loves running and swimming, and Travis is an amazing owner who loved to take him places he could be active. He's heartbroken about Ocho's injury and wishes he could help him, but the procedure is far too costly. Ocho's quality of life would be significantly improved with this surgery. I'm a friend of Travis, and I believe him to be the best dog owner I have ever known. Ocho is one of two wonderful dogs he owns and loves very much. I want to help Travis and Ocho, and I think you should too!
