single mom with lupus

I am suffering with lupus . I was diagnosed at 15. My health recently has taken a turn for the worse and im in need of new procedures done. My insurance doesn't cover everything i need done. Im not able to work right now. So im having hard time taking care of the little ones and paying for my procedures. We have lost our family car and i have the threat of losing my home.
