mobility for kayla

Kayla is 4 years old and living with spinal muscular atrophy. this is a neuromuscular disorder that affects all of kayla muscles but her mind is that of a sharp bright 4 year old who loves to go go go. we are hoping to raise enough money to buy a modified van that kayla will be able to drive in and out of with her power chair.
