Journey to happiness

Hi my name is Nathan and I am a transgender veteran who needs all the help he can get. I have gone through quite a journey to be where I am today, my transition has been hard both emotionally and physically but I am happy where I am so far. My reason for fundraising is to be able to pay for my mastectomy (top surgery) that is the last thing I need to finally be complete. I suffer from a lot of Dysphoria due to the fact that when I look in the mirror everyday my chest is all my mind focuses on, I wear a binder everyday that helps hold don't my chest, it's tight and sometimes uncomfortable due to the heat and compression but it's the only way I can go throughout my day as comfortable as possible in my situation. Unfortunately I do not have medical insurance and the Veterans Hospital does not cover any gender reassignment surgery or transition related besides the hormone treatment. Right now I am saving money to pay for my surgery but doing it alone could be over a year which is why I'm reaching out for help, even if it's a dollar it's helps me get a dollar closer to being complete and closing that chapter of my life and beginning a new one.
