Save my Home

My name is Carmela Lipsmeyer. Last year I lost my best friend and husband Michael in October, at the age of 46.  He was my high school sweet heart.  We were together for 32 years, and were blessed with 3 children.  Sadly he passed  on a family trip while abaloni diving.  Though tragic, he passed doing what he loved with those he loved most.  Life has been undoubtedly hard enough with losing a loved one, however the journey has become even more despairing as our home is going up for auction in a week!  Which is why I'm reaching out to ask if anyone could help our family keep our house! It's just a little 2 bedroom one bath  bungalow  but its got all our heart and soul in it.  All our memories from the last 24 years of our lives together, and there are 5 family members, 4 cats and one dog who call this cozy place home. Im hoping to raise $10,000 which will help to save my home, However any donation, large or small is greatly appreciated! We give a heartfelt thanks!!!











Michael and I shared a love for gardening and most of the plants and trees you see in these picture were anniversary and valentines gifts for one another. He also worked very hard building the fence and arbor with the kids.



Michael was a wonderful husband and father, he was a simple man who enjoyed being with his family and pets. He didn't leave the house much because everything he needed was always right outside his door, being around nature.



This is our dog Merlin, don't let him fool you he is a pretty fierce gaurd dog when he wants to be. He is a super loyal pup.



This is Sophia we have had her for 15 years.



This is Mafia, she is Merlin's best friend:)



This is Tazz we just adopted her, she is an old lady.
