Struggling Disabled Veteran in need

I am a 33 year old single father of 2 boys that is a 80 percent disabled veteran (Iraq) with a severe case of ptsd that is struggling to stay afloat in life. I have not been able to gain employment any where. I inform potential employers that I often have Doctor appointments at the Veterans hospital and they always want a reason why and when I inform them it's to help me with the PTSD I don't ever seem to be able to get the job. No one will ever admit it's because of my diagnosis. Although I do get a small check from the VA for the disability but it isn't enough to make ends meet. My rent is behind a month and just was informed to pay up or get out. The truck is on the verge of getting repoed water is shut off. I get buckets of water from my neighbor for what I need. And the only reason the gas and electric is still on is because the law states they can not shut off the gas or electric do to the winter. I DONT EVEN ASK FOR Help and always try to help anyone out that I can. even a hitch hiker anyone can break down.. But I was told about this and I don't want my kids to have to suffer anymore because of my struggles
