My name is Tom Duffy and I have a passion for making hot sauce.  My first hot sauce that is available to the public is my Habanero Elixir. It is a fantastic flavor experience. It's not all about heat with this one...if you're looking for something that just melts your face off, move along! This isn't the sauce for you. But, if you want flavor...along with some kick, Habanero Elixir is perfect for you.
