I have stage 4 terminal cancer this is my story.

I am sarah 29 from Suffolk, Married to Stuart 33, we have been together 13 years and married for 7 of those and we have five beautiful children, Rhianna (9) Lacey (8) Lucas (6) Connor (3) and Logan (1).

I was diagnosed with Triple negative breast cancer when I was 24 weeks pregnant aged 28 years - May 27th 2015. I underwent a mastectomy at 28 weeks pregnant the pathology report showed that the three nodes taken for sampling were positive and that I would need a node clearance after chemotherapy. I had a c-section at 31 weeks pregnant, my little boy was born weighing 3lbs 14oz and spent 4 weeks in special care.

I started chemotherapy while my little boy was in special care. I had six rounds of FEC chemotherapy but I didn't have a very good response, during my node clearance two new nodules were taken from my chest where my mastectomy was and these came back as cancerous, I also had 12 nodes removed and 5 came back as still cancerous.

I had radiotherapy through February 2016 and on the 26th when it finished I was classed as being "in remission" however in May 2016 I felt a new lump in my mastectomy scar, I went to see the surgeon who sent me for a body CT scan and it came back as there being a nodule in my lung and liver, and cancerous nodes on either side of my gullet and in my chest. I had a biopsy of my lung which came back as triple negative cancer.

On 26th May 2016 just one day shy of being diagnosed with primary breast cancer I was diagnosed with secondary incurable cancer, I am now terminal.

I started a chemotherapy called carboplatin but after three rounds a CT scan showed that my cancer was progressing, I now have multiple tumours in my lung and it has spread to the lining, it has also spread to the lymph nodes in my abdomen.

I started a new chemotherapy on the 9th September 2016 called Docetaxol I will have three rounds of this and a new CT scan in november.

I don't know how long I have left but I am trying to get everything in order, I have started memory books for my children, writing a blog which they can read when they are older, I have also got them birthday presents and cards for their special birthdays such as 16th, 18th and 21st and I am trying to get finances in place.

This is where I need your help

I really need to raise enough money to cover my funeral costs and headstone so that my husband does not have to worry about finding the money when the time comes, as we do not have any spare. I have my funeral all planned and all he would need to do is get the money together and pass on my plans to the funeral home. I also would like to take the stress and worry of him bringing up our five children for the first year or two while he comes to terms of my passing and gets back on his feet, if he did not have to worry about money for the first 1-2 years and then he can concentrate on our children and providing them with the support and comfort they need while staying at home with our youngest son who is just 1 years old, if I can keep him at home for that time and he does not have to worry about going out to work then I will be happy and I can go peacefully knowing that its all taken care off.

Thank you so much to anyone who donates, it means so much to us all.
