Vintage Paris - New Location

Find out more and how you can help

Over last 11 years, Vintage Paris  has grown into something more than just a coffee shop. It is a community. It is a mission. It is a family. It is a home.

Vintage Paris is growing but sadly our building is not. Our friends and neighbors have trouble finding seats in our busy times, we run out of supplies quickly due to limited storage, our roasting operations are strapped for green coffee storage, we are limited on the events we can host due to space, we are limited on controlling the internal climate affecting our wine and green coffee bean storage, we frequently have electrical, plumbing, and sewer issues due to the age of the building, and our parking is a struggle. Our community deserves better.

For many years, the building has been for sale. We are not the owners of the building but thankfully the current owner has tried hard to find the right investor that would be a fit for Vintage Paris, allowing us to continue our lease. We’ve had many potential buyers connect with us but none have followed through with a purchase. We’ve been at a standstill until now.

To serve our community and our team better, we have decided to move. After careful assessment, wisdom from community members, and prayer, we are moving Vintage Paris to 7900 Highway 165 in Hollister before the end of the year (2020). You may know this location as the Scenic Overlook. Previously, there was an ice cream shop there named Scoops.

The facility includes an expansion of seating, service area, parking, and storage space. As an added bonus, we will have central heat and air to help keep our climate controlled. Also, the view is pretty amazing. And yes, we will have outdoor seating including a fire pit.

Vintage Paris would not be the same without our strong community. You are the people that make memories and relationships in our current location. We are going to do our best to recreate the same cozy place you know and love in our new location but we can’t do it without our community.

At Vintage Paris, our mission is to provide memories, friendships, and opportunities in the local community by providing quality products and services. Our little shop on Birdcage Walk has been a place of more memories than any of us could know. Jess and I got married there along with many others. Relationships have grown there. Surprise parties, conversations by the fire pit, baby showers, art galleries, engagements, first dates, prayer meetings, bible studies, board game nights, and pot lucks… cherished memories that warm our heart and soul.

Help us create more memories, friendships, and opportunities in our new location.
