Internship with To Write Love on Her Arm

Donation protected
As many of you know, I have been a supporter of the organization To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) since I was in 8th grade.

TWLOHA is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with addiction, depression, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and invest directly into treatment and recovery.

My freshman year of college I was lucky enough to have two advisors who encouraged me to create a TWLOHA UChapter at my University. I started and led our chapter at Washburn University for two and a half years until passing it over this upcoming Fall.

As an intern with TWLOHA, I will be leaving my hometown and quitting my full time job to move to Melbourne, FL for nearly four months. The internship is unpaid so I am fundraising to help pay for the costs of living down there and maintaining my bills here in Topeka. Any little bit you can donate would be really appreciated!

This is an incredible opportunity for me to grow as a person and a professional. Working with this organization will give me the opportunity to learn more about community, mental health, non-profit management, and how to support people who may be struggling with mental health or know someone who is struggling.

Thank you so much for visiting this page and for supporting me in this journey!
