Executive MBA deposit funding

Donation protected
I’m here to raise money for my first semester at Hult University as I have decided to start an Executive MBA program in Dubai.  The reason why I’m asking for help is because I have to pay the deposit before the end of April to be able to start my studies in September. I’m going to move to Dubai around April and have already started looking for jobs (I`m a software Engineer, MSc), so this will raise the remaining amount of money. However if I miss the deposit deadline I will be disqualified from the class.  This Executive MBA program takes 2 years, and it's a part-time program, so I`ll able to do a full time work beside it.

I know I`m right for the position, because I have won a scholarship from Hult for 40% of the tuition fee by winning 2nd place on a competition.

Please read
my motivation letter and a brief bit about my past:

Arnold Schwarzenegger is visiting my home, Budapest on February 22nd. I’m looking forward to his visit, not only because I get a chance to be in the proximity of the Terminator without any serious injuries, but because it marks my second start-up venture’s first serious client. My team and I are responsible for providing the entire IT background to this upcoming 12 000-person ‘conference’ held in Hungary’s largest Sports Arena.  Being such a success as it is, many of my colleagues think I was lucky to get the client. However, I don’t believe in luck, but rather in invested time, energy and
experience. My first start-up venture - or rather its failure - showed me that even with all these factors present, success is not guaranteed. After “Innovations In
Motions” ended, I learned the importance of business chemistry and that intangible and mysterious thing that can make or break your Team. I do not remember my first venture as a failed project, rather a steep learning curve. Internalizing my first experience, my second  - and current - startup venture has a much more harmonized and fine-tuned combination of personalities and professional backgrounds. I believe Hult’s emphasis on soft skills and personal development would benefit my entrepreneurial path immensely. Being able to learn in such an international environment with professors and students from multiple fields with a similar mindset would not only expand my professional network but would allow me to learn business from and with the
best.

Since only 31% of students at Hult arrive from Europe, I will be able to truly interact with the right mindsets of business and leadership from all over the world. Since my own company is to be on the international market, I find it crucial to gain deep insight into other cultures, mindsets and leadership styles from a professional point of view.

During my university years I seized every opportunity to gain business experience by organizing prestigious events. With the help of my university I organized the 24-hour programming marathon Bee-Smarter (www.beesmarter.org), where participants from Hungary’s universities came to solve a list of challenges designed by my Team and I.  The preparation - both administrative and professional - for the conference took roughly 10 months. During this time, I had a chance to thoroughly familiarize myself with the challenges and best-practices of conference and team management while leading a team of 7 of my fellow students. I was proud to be named the Chair of the Integrity Committee, which was responsible for preparing and checking the quality of the finished product of participants.

Having earned a black-belt in Goju Ryu karate after 13  consecutive years of  training, I value commitment in all pursuits  of life, above all else.  When I received my black belt in 2013 November it made me realize that anything is possible, you just have to set your mind to it. I consider self-motivation and discipline an extremely important part of my daily routine.

My  ultimate goal of creating a one thousand employee company - with employees from all walks of life and from all fields, like engineers, musicians and designers – will require me to keep my eye on the ball. Reading professional and management scientific literature daily is part of my average early mornings! Many of my IT colleagues who have delved into the startup world have
excellent skills and vast experience in the field, yet they lack the management skills, which I believe to be crucial for a successful business. I believe the Hult MBA program would give me the competitive edge to get ahead in my field, where management skills are often not given emphasis. In my opinion, professional success lies at the intersection of professional expertise and
excellent managerial and people skills. I believe this mindset is the reason why I was promoted to a leadership position in September of 2014  at EPAM
Systems.

During my employment at EPAM, I not only strive to support my team from a professional standpoint, but also in every sense of the word. Besides my daily
managerial tasks, I do my best to look at my colleagues as people, as I believe a strong leader understands the problems and motivations of the people he leads. While this is energy spent on soft skills, I believe this is an
integral strategy to team building. It is of utmost importance to me that the team I lead can communicate with each other well and be well-organized. My long-term goal is to build an IT company that combines disciplines - music, graphics, IT - who can work together like a well-oiled machine and develop superb apps that include user knowledge from multiple dimensions.

I hope that I have already laid down one of the founding pillars for this company, with my current startup team developing our first app in Hungary for the past six
months.  I am sure that the extensive planning and coding - which often takes up all our weekends - will soon pay off. I believe that Hult’s campuses all over
the world - with their talent-diversity and internationality - would help me to become both a better businessman and a person; a better leader.
