This is how much we will need to pay our rent & electricity this month, along with putting gas into our only working car and also to buy other essential non-food items, like toilet paper, diapers, laundry cleaners.
I hate doing this, it seems like begging and 'poor' me. I have 4 kids. My husband has been out of work since mid-march and he was denied unemployment. by the grace of the divine we made april and may's bills. however, there's not much assistance left 'out there' i've called local charities, gone to dhhs, there's just not enough left out there.
We've even had a yard sale to no real success. (weather isn't cooperative lately)
Every day we're sending out resumes, looking for work in the papers and online. anything and everything is applied to that we are qualified to do.
It's bad when Mc'Donald's is hiring and they won't hire you for whatever their reasons are.
So, please, we don't wanna end up homeless. Anything will help.
