Online Mileage Tracker Software

As a small businessman, I'm required to keep track of the miles I travel for business purposes each year. I've tried mobile phone apps, web applications, etc.. but none of them had everything I needed. My goal is to have a system that can be accessed from multiple media - phone, tablet, PC, and any other devices. With that thought I started my Mileage Tracker application.
Mileage Tracker is a web-based application that allows a person to keep an online mileage log that is accessible from anywhere a web browser is supported. I've been using the application since 2011 and it has been beneficial in tracking my mileage. The site is crude but functional. However in order to expand the application for other people to use I will have to put more time in the development of the application.
Some of the updates needed immediately include being able to output yearly reports on mileage and output the log to a usable format (e.g. excel, csv) for the user. I also envision this site to be more than just tracking miles. This application will cover all aspects of vehicle maintenance. Ideas include gas mileage, maintenance records (oil changes, tune-ups, repairs, etc), and other history for a vehicle.
I am asking for $10,000 today to help with the costs of more updates to the site, hosting fees, design work, and copy. Design is not my strong suit and a good graphic designer is expensive. A good copywriter is needed as well for content.
Currently the site is free to use for anyone and I encourage people who are looking for a tool to help them track miles to sign up and give the application a try.
