Help Austin Burr get a handicap van

My son Austin Is 17 years old, who has Cerebral Palsy due to complications at birth. He is unable to walk and is wheelchair bond for life due to his disability. I'm asking for help in getting our family a handicap accessible van with ramp so that he is not limited to the places he may go. It's not feasible for our family.  As of now in order to to take him out, I must pick him up  out of his wheelchair to place in the car than place wheelchair in the back.He is about 100  pounds and will only get older and more heavier ,Soon I won't be physically able to pick him up.

Austin is the most happiest,caring and loving child any mother could ask for, always bring joy to our family.
Always leaving a smile on everyones face he meets . He never lets his disability bring him down.

Please help Austin and our family to purchase a handicap accessible van so that he isn't limited to where he can go in life.
