Jake's Future

6 years ago I found my dog Jake on the Oreagon Coast. Some wonderful person had dumped him on the freeway. I picked him up and spent the rest of the week trying to find his owners, or at least someone to take him. That week was all it took to realize he was my best buddy.

Jake has had a good life with me, but now he's getting older and his health hasn't been great. I want to do everything I can to make sure the rest of his life is as comfortable as possible. Over the last year we've been in and out of the vet, but times have been tough lately and I just can't afford this next visit.
