MCA Basketball and Athletics

My name is Kyle Charters, and I am the new Varsity Boys Basketball Coach (as well as a Special Education teacher) at Milwaukee Collegiate Academy, a small charter high school in the city of Milwaukee serving 100% African American scholars from low-income families. The mission at MCA is to nurture scholars capable of transforming their worlds by sending them to and through college. I am committed to using basketball, through their love of the sport, as a tool to develop character traits that can transcend the sport and contribute to their successful graduation of high school, college, and in their future professional lives. Because we are a charter high school, we must fundraise the majority of the money that we use for our budget, including the athletic department. Any or all support that you can provide will be much appreciated and go to our budget. Please know that with every donation, you are helping us live our mission by supporting a program that is committed to being an extension of the classroom and transforming the futures of our scholars.
