Matt's Weight Loss Journey

Donation protected
Hi my name is Jill and I started this gofundme page for my brother Matt.
My brother has always struggled with his weight. He doesn't know his exact current weight, just that he is 600+ pounds.Even through that he has tried to make the best of it and laugh it off with everyone else. Three years ago, before I got married, we were working out together and it seemed to make a difference. But then he moved and I moved, life took over. He continued to struggle with his weight, while working a job that barely paid the bills. So forget about affording a gym membership. Christmas 2012, he and his now wife Paige got engaged. He wanted to try and lose some weight before the wedding and managed to shed 10+ lbs. It may not sound like a lot, but it was a start.
Fast forward to this past November. Paige was laid off from her job and Matt unexpectedly lost his also. Being just married and unemployed, it sank Matt into a depression that has been hard to climb out of. He has gained more weight and believes that his weight has caused him not to get jobs he has interviewed for. He needs help! I know he wants to lose this weight more then anyone else wants to. I wish I could be there for him to motivate him everyday, to push him. But I can't. He has a niece, my daughter that I want him to be able to see grow up. I want him to be able to have kids of his own and chase after them in the yard. I don't want to think of what health issues he will face if he doesn't lose this weight.
And that's where this gofundme comes in I am reaching out to you reading this to help in anyway possible support his weight loss journey. With being unemployed, its impossible to afford a gym membership and a lot of the time healthy food to eat. But beyond just that, he needs a plan. He needs someone to tell him what to do and point him in the right direction. He is currently interested in doing the 21 Day Fix by Beachbody. But it cost money he currently doesnt have. For him this wouldn't just be a 21 day thing. Yes  that would be his kick start but he would be continually doing it past then.
I ask you to please consider helping. Any little bit you can will help my brother become a healthier person!
