Arthroscopic surgery for both ACs

I was physically assaulted on June 2nd, 2007 by two grown men and two women. I suffered a severe concussion and as I was on the floor being kicked, all I knew to do was to cover my face. My shoulders have never been the same...I gained 60lbs after 100+ corticosteroid injections, was bed ridden for almost two years, still suffer from PTSD, and have done anything and everything to try to get my life back but I am ALWAYS in constant, debilitating pain. I've been a Guinea pig to many doctors and diagnosed and misdiagnosed too many times to even count. These procedures are my LAST HOPE. I truly just want my life back. I went from being a full time student, full time employee and part time model to a nothing; I’ve been on every narcotic from Vicodin to Dilauded (now am barely given only tramadol) and just am overall too tired because of my pain. I've begged doctors just to amputate my shoulders (yes that's how desperate I was) but FINALLY this one doctor has given me a correct diagnosis (in 2016) and HOPE in getting my life back!! Both my shoulders needs to be put back in their correct place and basically "tightened" because (my left scapula/shoulder more than my right) shoulder blades are floating around freely, grinding against my rib cage, both AC joints are torn and I have a level 3 clavicle separation. As a result of my shoulder blades grinding against my rib cage, I have arthritis and will continue to just get worse if I don’t have this surgery. A lot of scar tissue has built up and needs to be cleaned out. I cannot do two arthroscopic surgical procedures in one setting, I need to do one at a time. Then I wear a sling for a week and do physical therapy 3x/week for 3 months at $100 per session. So I'm in dire need of help and am grateful for even a penny that would be so kindly donated!
