Earlier this year, we fell onto financial hardship when my wife was hospitalized for a few days. That incident couldn't have happened at a worse time, cause it happened a week after a job transition to a new job, thus, the hospital trip wasn't fully covered. Even with cobra insurance, we still owe the hospital a little over $13,000 split up among a dozen different bills, all hitting us with minimum monthly payments all at once.
Now in May we are expecting our first child, however with all this debt hovering over us, it is very difficult to properly prepare for the baby. So we are trying to find a way to make some financial room for the baby. If you can afford to give anything you have to help us cut through those medical bills and eliminate them before the baby arrives in May, It would help us greatly and it would be much appreciated.
