Post Transplant Expensive 4 Alisa

Hello,  I'm Alisa and so thankful to say that I've have survived being on dialysis for 20 years. I'm 42 years old and is on a fixed income and never could have children. I was blessed with a kidney transplant o 2/5/15 @ Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. However, due to some minor complications from the transplant surgery. I had to stay in the hospital a little over a month. After, being discharged from the hospital had to go to a Rehab hospital  for more therapy in Atlanta, Ga for several more weeks. Upon my  release from  Rehab hospital, I'll still have to return back to Piedmont Hospital for bi-weekly follow-up visits @ the transplant clinic  for 6-8 months. I'm in need of your kind donations to help me with medication co-pay & taxes, to secure lodging, reliable transportation, and incidential expenses.
