Hello everyone,
My name is Alexandria Lopez. I am a senior at Indiana University studying Journalism and Sociology. This spring semester I am in an International Reporting course that will be going to Japan in March. My reporting overseas will be focused on the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings that happened in 1945. I hope to learn more about the legacy that remains today and efforts being made to continue it through the arts, but I need your help!
This has been a very busy semester for me thus far with classes, course work, student organizations, working, and graduation in May. I'm finding it hard to save with all of the other things I have had to pay for so I thought of reaching out to my friends and family again because you all helped me out so much with your contributions to my Africa GoFundMe. Your donations will help me with paying for the week long trip (flights, lodging, food, etc.).
I'm so thrilled to have another study abroad opportunity. I never thought I would be going to Africa last summer let alone Japan this spring and you all helped me accomplish that! I look forward to sharing this experience with you all again and would really appreciate any help that I can get.
