Lower Chester Centennial
Tax deductible
Originally established in 1915 as a recreational space for a local children's home, Lower Chester quickly became a mainstay on Duluth's East Hillside and a hockey powerhouse that was the home rink to city, state, national, and Olympic champions.
It has provided a safe place for generations of Duluth children to play and grow for 100 years. On August 29 and 30, 2015, we are celebrating all the great stories and people this place has brought together.
We need your help to make this centennial a success, and to establish an endowment to help disadvantaged children play youth sports. Please donate and join us in celebrating the past 100 years!
