Help me marry my soulmate

Donation protected
On January 28th 2012, I met the most loving, caring, sweet, kindest woman in the entire universe. We have been together for nearly three years, on October 7th 2014 (her birthday) we were having a nice dinner celebrating. With a nervous mindset i got the courage to propose to her during dinner,I acted as if I needed to use the restroom, found our kind server and told him I was proposing to her tonight and I needed his help if he was so kind to assist me in this huge moment in my life. I described my love for Tammy to him and asked him to take the engagment ring that I  had hidden in my jean pockets all day long. Asked him to place the ring under a dish with a cover over it and bring it to us halfway during our meal. Tammy and  I conversated for about 30 minutes, the gentleman came out with the little covered dish I had asked him to bring and set it on the table next to Tammy, she had no idea what to do or think
, She looks at me with those confused hazel eyes asking me "what is that"? I replyed back with "  I dont know maybe a dessert or something for your birthday" she was very hesistant to even so much as look at the dish.  We finished our meals and talked a bit more. After we were both done eating I suggested for her to lift and  look under the dish. She had no clue what so ever was under it. My heart was beating so hard.  She with wondering eyes finally grabbed the dish and uncovered what was a little red box with the engagment ring inside.  Automatically, she smiled from ear to ear knowing what was going to happen next. I look at her and said "babe will you marry me"? Of course she said yes.  I then put the ring on her finger and that moment in my life will never be forgotten. Unfortunately I am 34 years old and with major health issues, awaiting a heart/lung transplantation. Unable to work I rely on my little income from SSI. Tammy works 5 days a week. She works so hard and does everything she can for our family. This is where I need your kind and caring donations,if all you can give is one dollar or ten dollars. I want to give her the wedding we both deserve.  $1000 is our goal. Please make this happen for us. It takes alot to ask anyone for help, and I'm not proud to do so,but feel as I'm compelled to do so. With no options I'm hoping there will be some amazing people to help us out. Thank you for your time and support and your intrest in our story. I'm hoping to achieve this goal within six weeks and are wanting to do the actual wedding in May of this year. Thank you sincerely Shawn Cosgrove.
