Imagination Playground for Little Pandas Playschool

Little Pandas Playschool located in Portland, Oregon is trying to earn the funds to purchase a set of Imagination Playground blocks.  The children would love to have this 105 piece block set to use in their outdoor play space during the summer and in the gym during the winter.  The blocks would be used by up to 16 children per day and also shared with the toddler class when they visit the preschool. 

The blocks were designed by David Rockwell to be used in outdoor play areas and were first used in a New York City park.  The goal of his creation is to give children the freedom to design their own play areas.  Block play is an integral part of Little Pandas Playschool curriculum and the Imagination Playground would extend the learning our children are engaged in.  The blocks would be used in our outdoor space with our sand and water areas.  The Imagination Playground can be seen at http://www.imaginationplayground.com/index.html.  It can also be seen on Youtube




The 105 piece playground costs $4975.00, the storage cart is $1200.00, and the lid for the storage cart is $600.00.  All of the children, teachers, and parents would greatly appreciate your donation and helping us to reach our goal of adding the Imagination Playground to our play space.
