My friend Becki Thomas-Hajdok's grandson is in ICU! He was burned, please read her plea!
"Everyone, I ask for prayers please, my grandson was severely burned at his baby sitters. He is in ICU and it's really bad, not an accident. Please pray, I'm so devastated. That is one of hands. He just got out of surgery. His name is Vincent, for your prayers."
Update on little Vincent. I just got an update from my friend Becki on her grandson with his burnt hands. He had his first surgery this morning and is in ICU. The Dr say he will need to have skin grafts and then when he heals, he'll have to learn to use his hands again. He's been on pain meds and sedated. This poor little guy has along ways to go. I wanted to give you this update and thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I put a post and reached out to a few of you that I knew would jump in and help and you have. The prayer groups are going and the love for Vincent has been overwhelming. Thank you and I know Becki is so appreciative, please keep the prayers coming for Vincent and his family. I'm also hoping justice will be served to the monster who did this to this innocent little boy.
Dr and police said it's not an accident because the burns were in both hands and wrists up the same height on each wrist. So CPS and Police are involved. The so called baby sitter we now call her a monster put both his hands in Ramen Noodles with scalding hot water, why?
The family is really going to need lots of help. We have asked and will continue to ask for prayers for little Vincent and his family. They will desperately need financial assistance. Both parents will not be able to work as they need to be at the hospital with Vincent. Insurance doesn't cover all of the expenses and their household expenses won't be covered without them working full-time. Please anything you can contribute will help, every little bit adds up.
