Life for Puppy 'Grace': Please Help

It's APPAULING the amount of CRUELTY Grace has known at a mere 12-18 weeks of life until she was rescued. Help us mend here broken bones and allow us to show her what LOVE really is.
She has a heart on her nose so you know she's all about it!
Grace is in a bind and her life and limbs are at stake. She was thrown off the 'Hike and Bike Trail' bridge off of SageAspen and fell over 20 ft to be left to drown or perish in the sun. She made it a few days to a week down there before her rescue but not without a price. Her femur is broken in half and knee injured and every metatarsal in her front paw is broken in half along with some ribs. Her predicament is if we don't have her front paw and rear leg repaired and at a minimum amputated next week, she MUST be euthanized and that is absolutely heartbreaking & to anyone that's met her is very personal. This is our plea for help to anyone that will listen. Crowdsourcing seems like our best option. Anything at all helps.

This baby came into our lives from a Facebook post calling for help. Once we answered the call, she had our hearts just like the heart on her nose. She's very loving, sensitive and empathic and takes every chance she can to watch and imitate her step sister. It's the cutest thing! She just wants to be loved and give love and that is exactly what we intend to show her in turn. Fortunately, she was found on time and is in safe hands to at least TRY to fight for her life. Grace deserves a chance especially after going through and surviving so much! Truly, END OF NEXT WEEK without assistance she won't have one.
With this being a sudden situation with no planning or time to, we are extremely limited on financial options.

PLEASE NOTE:
1st goal: EXCEEDED! Is to get the urgent and necessary surgeries of fixing her front paw and amputation of her rear leg to save her life. This was the 1st option presented by the surgeons to save her with the least amount of funds (amputation). UPDATE: Thankfully, this wasn't needed thanks to everyone that helped her! Grace kept ALL LIMBS & her life & is doing VERY well!! Thank you all so much!
2nd goal: REACHED! :) To raise enough to save her back leg (alone roughly $4,000) in addition to the surgery on the front paw ( est. $2200) than we will gratefully do so and have to try. UPDATE: As you can see, Grace was blessed by you all and both limbs were corrected!! Thank you all!
3rd goal: GOAL MET FOR GRACE's TESTING (initial office visit & weekly visits for cast changes: X-rays, casting, medications & worm treatments, vaccinations, spay, physical therapy, etc.) but BUT NOT to assist the organizations that helped Grace get to me in order to help her!! UPDATE: Grace was able to complete all needed care as mentioned! She is doing fantastic now and her paw doesn't ever look like it was ever damaged!! Grace's needs were met due to the support of good people like you and we are forever grateful to you guys.
If anything is donated at this point 100% of those proceeds would go to these two organizations (Pups of Texas & Sherlocks Journey), however, direct donations to them would be amazing & more transparent! I just want to give these two organizations their due. These non-profits are the ones that helped Grace through this tough time & got to her 1st. These organizations are the ones putting in the work everyday to help as many dogs like Grace as they can! Please donate either to them directly or to me and I will see that they get it. If it wasn't for them, there would be no Grace. Thank you 'Pups of Texas' & 'Sherlock's Journey'!!
At this time the surgeons have a concern that her growth plates may have been injured but there is no testing this with her age. They said only time will tell (between 3 & 6 months). We pray this isn't an issue and they are fine. Regardless, updates later on will inform you all of the good and/or bad news and most importantly on Grace's progress!
UPDATE: growth plates are completely unaffected! She's in great shape now! Whew! So happy to hear that news & she's getting around just fine considering here injuries. She's very happy & healthy now!
