Help Us Spread Liberty's Ashes

Liberty Eris Randazzo was born 1/10/2014 and died from SIDS a short 13 days later on 1/23/2014. This donation page is to help the mother (Danielle Colton) and father (Mike Randazzo) cover expenses to drive to a sentimental location to spread Liberty's ashes.

We have decided instead of a funeral for Liberty, we are attempting to drive her remains to Sedona, AZ, climb to the top of Cathedral Rock, and spread her ashes there. This is a very meaningful location to both Danielle and I. We always imagined to someday hike up that trail with Liberty when she grew old enough.

Another aspect of the road trip is to enable us to visit and mourn with Liberty's Grandparents in California.


The fund amount is somewhat random, and not necessarily exact. The donations will go to cover fuel, tolls, food, lodging, and the expenses incurred from not working while away (bills / etc.).


It is my hope that this road trip will be cathartic, and help Danielle and I deal with this loss and pain in some kind of healthy way. We wouldn't want for our remains to be kept in a container on a shelf collecting dust - and we don't want that for our daughter. We want to release Liberty's ashes to the wind at a place that is as beautiful and peaceful as she was.
