Jesus In Japan // Mission Launch!

My name’s Jamie, and I’m so excited to share this next journey of my life with you...

Throughout my life, I’ve been passionate about Japanese culture. And I was shocked to learn about the spiritual needs of this country. Just last year, about 21,000 people in Japan committed suicide. That's about 60 human lives every day. And about 98% of Japan has never been introduced to Jesus.

This is why I felt called to go to Kyoto, Japan, and serve as a missionary for the past two years.

I will provide ministry support to the local church in Kyoto, engage the unreached community through conversation outreach and bible study, and create media-based evangelism tools with an organization called EE Japan.

This GoFundMe will empower the first three months or ministry, starting November 2017 - to create pilot EE Japan resources, begin outreach and support Kyoto's local church. Please share, and spread the word!

I'm being sent by Calvary Church, where for the past four years I've served in musical worship, student ministry and production.  I have an MFA in Film & Design, Basic Japanese Language Certification (N5), and Ordination with Full Baskett International Ministries.
